RADTech and CarlC A/S Embark on a Wind Farm Project in Egypt's Desert
We are thrilled to announce our recent acquisition: an order for two 95m hub-height meteorological towers. These towers will be deployed permanently in one of Egypt’s largest wind farms, in Ras Ghareb. The project implementation is expertly handled by Firnas Shuman.
Our involvement encompasses a comprehensive range of responsibilities, spanning from tower design and production to civil engineering tasks like foundation design, based on the geotechnical studies provided by our valued client. The installation work, including formwork, concrete casting, tower assembly and erection will be capably handled by Firnas Shuman within Egypt.
"Our collaboration with CarlC A/S and Firnas Shuman stands as a testament to our commitment to excellence," shares Head of Projects, Ahmed Salah. "It has been a pleasure negotiating alongside CarlC's team lead, Trond Thorman."
"We are dedicated to upholding the high standards of quality and execution for future infrastructure initiatives," expressed team lead Ahmed Shemis.
The order will undergo extensive Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) by the client, and we eagerly anticipate hosting the client and Firnas Shuman delegations in Denmark upon completion, as the towers embark on their sea freight journey to the Egyptian site.
